• health care isn't fixed for a generation
• federal-provincial relations are a mess
• US-Canada relations have deteriorated
• there is no national childcare program (thankfully)
• the "democratic deficit" is alive and well
• power is still concentrated in the PMO
• Adscam is unresolved
• Martin was named Mr. Dithers by the Economist

I'm no expert, but there might be some room for improvement here...
